Due to the customized nature of our products and our partnership with Selfnamed.com, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing info@bellumis.com. Be sure to include:

Once we assess the situation and confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — depending on the nature of the problem and your preference.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with scent or texture, or ordering the wrong item.

Since our products are made specifically for each customer after the order is placed, all sales are final unless a valid defect or damage is reported.
